The participants of the XXXIII ASEPELT – Vigo 2019, who are NOT members of ASEPELT can OPTATE FOR registering as members of ASEPELT (www.asepelt.org<\/span><\/a>) paying the annual fee in the amount of 65\u20ac and present the corresponding proof in the act of inscription in the Congress.<\/p>\n

Cancellation and returns policy<\/h2>\n

The cancellation of registration at the XV International Estuarine Biogeochemistry Symposium (IEBS 2019) must be expressed in writing in an email. Cancellations made by telephone will not be taken into account.<\/p>\n

When cancellations are made before may 20, 2019 included<\/span>, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded, less 10% of the same<\/span>. This 10% corresponds to the management fees.<\/p>\n

When cancellations are made between May 21, 2019 and June 15, 2019<\/span>, both included, 50% of the purchase amount will be refunded<\/span>.<\/p>\n

After June 16, 2019<\/span>, included,\u00a0no cancellations will be accepted or refunds will be made.<\/p>\n
